Halini brings over 20 years of international creative leadership and strategic experience directly to your business. As a Vice President at a multi-million-dollar technology firm, she directs visual strategy, drives millions in digital subscription revenue, and oversees large-scale physical and multimedia experiences for thousands of global leaders.
She is also a three-time founder who has built, scaled, and sold her own independent brands from scratch. Her entrepreneurial background includes pioneering a premium organic lifestyle line that she successfully sold to a private buyer, launching an upscale family bistro concept, and establishing a city's very first plant-based culinary brand from scratch. Because she has personally managed everything from localized marketing to full brand governance, she deeply understands the exact operational and financial pressures of running a company.
Right here in Florida, Halini serves as an Advisor for the Design Thinking Program at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. In this role, she helps shape corporate strategy frameworks and mentors professionals in solving complex modern business problems. Through Bisgo Creative, she skips the textbook theories to give you a clear, battle-tested strategy so you can move your business forward with absolute confidence.
